First off, thank you so much for the kind words! Secondly, I actually wasn’t incredibly aware of Blake until earlier this year when someone compared me to him. When I did some research on Blake I was exceptionally flattered, he is an immensely talented artist. I also really like Jules Feiffer, Fred Wolf’s The Point, Bill Watterson, Windsor McCay, and Tino ‘Rosie’ Camanga. I love, love, love, outsider art.
The people whom really inspire me generally are my friends, people like Becky Dreistadt, Ryan Breceda, or Jeremy Sorese. They are worlds more talented than me and have always pushed me to work harder and better.
